This place is stylish and fairly clean, the location is magnificent and incredible, the staff is very helpful and attentive, the food is delightful and outstanding, and it offers excellent service.

I loved that the breakfast was included and really tasty, full of fresh goodies like croissants 🥐. The queen room was a good size and they provided toiletries and a hairdryer. The hotel's location was perfect, especially if you want to stroll around a well-known zoo nearby.

Beautiful old building with an interior as close to the spirit of the era as possible. An old elevator, more like a scenery, even earned on the second day of stay! On the stairwells there is a stained-glass window with the surviving label of the workshop and address where they were made. Huge moulded ceilings and antique wooden doors added to the atmosphere! most beautiful thing is the windows in the bay window!!! Huge, under the ceiling, beautiful shape, with antique handles!!! the availability of modern amenities: refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine - make your stay at this hotel very comfortable. street is quiet enough, beautiful lime under the window, good breakfast, pleasant staff - plus a lot, as you can see.

Such chic windows, which are the highlight of the room, should actually be washed!!! The windows were filthy and ugly. I mean, they weren't washed for a year, maybe more. Sometimes they're also polluted with birds. It's just unacceptable! It's a beauty like this that needs to be kept in order! The mattress on the bed was not orthopedic and on the third day began to experience back problems, which have not disturbed me for a long time. Eventually she left with a bad back. The hotel is in the best neighborhood, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, ready to assist us with anything we needed. They even provided a welcome drink upon arrival.
